It celebrates not only the death of Buddy Holly and two other rock artists, but also the United States during the late ’50s and ’60s. I hope you enjoy this Folk Rock song as much as I do.

I created the ACP nearly two years ago on basic principles; defending Club Penguin and having fun. But throughout the months, so many more ideals have been tossed into this group that was known as the Army. Honor, loyalty and dedication are just a few to mention.

Soldiers, friends, and even enemies – I’d like to thank all of you for the good times.

The Day the Music Died

Edit 2: Kg is asking to be head judge if there is one or just a judge. Also, I don’t think that just because people are judges that they should recieve legend status. I think of legend status as a thing reserved for leaders. (Tom Yellow is an exception)

I have proposed a new cabinet: A proper government is key to having a strong nation and army.

We will have these positions:

Defense Minister-Isn’t head of army, more like, basically making sure people are on ranks, being 3rd in command for Patroll efforts, in case of war, and if negotiating, is a subordinate to the Foreign Minister.

Internal Affairs Minister

Foreign Minister (Embassador)- 3rd  highest delegate to other armies. Leads all normal diplomatic efforts. NORMAL

My Chief of Staff= My intermediate aide.

Shab’s Chief of Staff= His intermediate aide, if he wants one.

Entertainment Minister= We need some entertainment people! Get going!

Director of Special Services= Title says it all.

Joint Chiefs of Staff:
(This is possible, IF we have divisons again).

I am full government leader, and co_leader of our army.

Prime Minister= Jedimaster17

Deputy Prime Minister/ Vice President= Shab

Leader of Army= Shab

Co_Leaders of Army= Jedimaster17, Aber, and Boomer.

Director of Intermediate Training= Clintos.

Assistant Director=

Advisor= private choices. I will reveal mine later.

Anything else I feel necessary.
  

9 senators races.

To have a bill passed, there must be a 66% agreement, which means 6  of the 9 must agree. They can get entertainment bills, minor war legislature, impeachment trials, and possible court trials.

4 Consulates

To get a bill passed, 3 out of the 4 must agree. Same procedures apply as with the Senate.

TO GET A BILL PASSED, BOTH SECTIONS OF OUR LEGISLATURE MUST AGREE.

Judical System

3 Judges, must be highly vaued soldiers, high ranking, and yes Legend status is possible.

4 lawyers- Full time, if there are other cases, more can be chosen for that period of time.

Jury will be selected randomly from the entire army.

Bailiff- Its open.

O yea, you keep mentioning that you had to save acp from a bad leader. Since when did anyone complain or ask for you back? I’m pretty sure u cant determine who is bad leader when the leader wasn’t even in power for 1 week. So oagal, wats the real reason you came back to acp and created all these change the leader chaos??? (dont say cause of a bad leader) Also, dont say that the leader did poorly because they didnt listen to you because, as you have pointed out, your not leader anymore so you can only suggest stuff, not make the leader do stuff

I kinda like these posts, they answer my questions better than asking on chat.

Yes, Barack Obama- President Elect defeated Senator John McCain of Arizona with 335 electoral votes to 162. This is sad for many republicans and Conservatives. Personally, I think Obama is naieve, but I belive perhaps he can meet the huge expectations he’s set for  himelf. I hope he picks Hilliary Clinton for something in his office, and same with John McCain to help bring the country back together. It is history! Martin Luther King, must be looking down on us from heaven, weeping with joy, about this event that shows America can move past racism, and a new direction. I didn’t dislike McCain, actually I supported him, but now it is the time to unite. Obama, good luck. Please, keep your promises, and prove the old stereotypes wrong! You truly can become whatever you dream  to be in America.

Here is just random stuff (some sound like chuck norris jokes lol):

1. Being surpreme leader does not mean that you can’t be demoted by anyone anymore. Oagal apprently changed that, by his actions, to mean that no one but the retired leader can do this.

(Oagalthorp’s edit: No change was made; the only person in the ACP community that can change the leader is me, not because I made this army – which I did – nor because I have lead it to it’s most powerful state – which I did. No, I can remove the leader only because I am the voice of the ACP soldiers when the current leader does poorly; I wish I didn’t need to do this, I wish if a leader did poorly he/she’d just step down form office. But leaders tend not to do this [as I know all too well ], so someone – for the soldiers – needs to be able to step in)

2. Oagal doesnt cause revolts or complaints. It is just a coincidence that when he comes they start. Really, its the current leaders falt and it is oagal’s job to stop them even if it means that everything gets changed.

(Oagal’s edit: Thequote you may all know “The night is always darkest before the dawn.” seems to apply to this situation very well. If I hadn’t stepped in after Fort quit, the ACP probably wouldn’t exist right now)

3. People from different armys have to prove the acp leader innocent but the person challenging the acp leader doesnt have to have proof.

4. Corruption is everywhere and so is favoritism

(Oagal’s edit: People tend to favor others for good reason; people favor the U.S. over China because the U.S. usually makes good decisions, and has an all-around better society)

5. Words mean nothing to the  creator of acp. His deals also can be changed if he feels like it.

(Oagal’s edit: Words mean nothing to he who craves power over the good of the ACP. If I craved power, I’d reclaim the ACP. But I don’t want power; I care about the good of the ACP. If I didn’t care, why woudl I keep coming back and at least trying to fix potential and present problems?)
